Systems of the Ziemann & Urban GmbH are used since 1991 in the automotive, medicine and semiconductor business.
Beside the Inspection of dimensional accuracy in absolute or relative systems, the systems also run functional tests and are used, for example, for adjustments or assembly control. In addition to that the visualisation of the measured values and a system-covering data bank are also part of the functional range.
